PRIVACY POLICY

We receive information you choose to provide, including your name, business name, email address, Elixir organization identifier, support messages and subscription plan. Our hosting provider may process ordinary request information such as IP address, browser type, requested URL, timestamps and security logs.

Stripe collects and processes payment details, billing addresses and transaction information on its hosted pages. AgentDoctorMD does not receive or store full card numbers or security codes.

Elixir runs on infrastructure you control. Agent runtime observations, prompts, source code, credentials, incidents and evidence are not sent to AgentDoctorMD merely because you install or use Elixir. Data sent voluntarily in a support request is handled as support data.

We use information to provide downloads and support, verify and activate subscriptions, prevent fraud and abuse, maintain security, comply with law and operate the service. We disclose data to service providers only as needed for those purposes, including Stripe for payments and Vercel for website hosting.

We do not sell personal information or use customer agent data to train models. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect legal rights and system security.

We retain billing and transaction records as required for accounting, tax, fraud prevention and legal obligations. Support correspondence is retained while useful for the request and legitimate business records. Hosting security logs follow the hosting provider’s retention controls.

To request access, correction or deletion where applicable, email bryan.jones@efficiencystrengthtraining.com. We may need to verify your identity and may retain records that law requires us to keep.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet service is completely secure. Do not email passwords, private keys, API keys, payment-card data or the contents of your secrets directory.

We may update this policy as the service changes. Material revisions will be posted here with a new effective date.
