TERMS OF SERVICE

A subscription purchases coverage capacity for the number of durable Elixir Agent IDs shown for the selected plan. It does not include model-provider usage, hosting or credentials. You remain responsible for your infrastructure, provider accounts, backups, configuration and authority decisions.

Stripe charges the displayed monthly amount when you subscribe and on each renewal date until cancellation. Prices are in US dollars. You authorize Stripe to charge the payment method you provide. Taxes, when legally required and configured, may be added.

Paid activation is bound once to the durable organization identifier you provide after Checkout. You are responsible for protecting the activation credential issued to your installation. Payment never grants production access, approval authority or treatment permission.

You may cancel before the next renewal through the Stripe customer portal when available or by emailing bryan.jones@efficiencystrengthtraining.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period unless law requires otherwise. Existing protected agents are not automatically switched off because billing lapses; new coverage may be limited.

You must use the service lawfully, protect credentials, obtain authority to operate on the systems and agents you register, and avoid attempting to defeat billing records, access another customer’s information, disrupt the service or use it to facilitate abuse. You may not present alpha software as independently certified or guaranteed.

Elixir is alpha software and may contain defects. Except where prohibited by law, the service and software are provided as available without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. There is no SLA unless a signed Enterprise agreement states one.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Efficiency Strength Training, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or lost-profit damages. Aggregate liability relating to a paid subscription will not exceed the amount paid for that subscription during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

South Carolina law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If one provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues. A signed Enterprise agreement controls over conflicting provisions here.
