REFUND POLICY

Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Cancel through the Stripe customer portal when available or email bryan.jones@efficiencystrengthtraining.com before the next renewal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period.

Subscription charges are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins, except where required by law. If you were charged after a timely cancellation, charged more than once, or could not receive the purchased coverage because of an AgentDoctorMD activation failure, contact us promptly and we will investigate and correct verified billing errors.

Email bryan.jones@efficiencystrengthtraining.com from the address used at Checkout. Include the charge date, plan and a description of the issue. Do not send card numbers, security codes, passwords, private keys or API credentials.
